This is just to let you know that the representatives from the head office will be ---1--- into Heathrow Airport. They are scheduled to land at Terminal 2 at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. I have sent them details on how to get to the office by subway, so they can make their own way here. They will call you when they get on the subway, so
